ABOUT ME

Lawrence began his real estate career in 2017, cutting his teeth alongside a local investor on a residential flip. That early hands-on mentorship laid the foundation for a deep understanding of real estate investing and the many strategies used to create value across different asset types. In 2019, Lawrence purchased his first home in Lebanon, Oregon, completing a successful live-in flip before leveraging that experience into a 4plex acquisition in Albany using FHA owner-occupied financing. Through strategic renovations and operational improvements, he transformed the property while continuing to expand his investing skill set.

In 2022, Lawrence earned his Oregon Real Estate Broker license and transitioned into full-time agent work, where he now represents both buyers and sellers across residential and commercial transactions. He has helped first-time buyers enter the market through house hacking, guided investors through acquisitions and dispositions of value-add properties, and supported clients navigating more complex commercial and creative financing scenarios.

Today, Lawrence focuses on residential and commercial acquisitions and dispositions with an emphasis on multifamily and specialized assets. He is drawn to complex transactions and works closely with lenders, attorneys, and vendors to structure solutions that extend beyond the closing table. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on experience as an investor, Lawrence brings practical insight to acquisitions and dispositions involving multifamily, hospitality, industrial, office, affordable housing, foreclosure, and creative financing structures.
