ABOUT ME
Lawrence started his real estate journey back in 2017 helping a local member of his church flip a house. His mentorship during that year created the platform for Lawrence to expand on the multitude of different strategies within real estate investing. He and his wife purchased their first home in March 2019, a humble 2 bedroom 1 bath home in Lebanon, OR. As a newlywed couple, they slowly flipped that home while living in it, closing it in July 2020 for a profit. From there, they purchased a 4plex in Albany and utilized an FHA owner-occupied loan, and used the profits from their Lebanon Flip to renovate the other 3 units. That project was a massive undertaking but the risk was well worth the reward as they were able to cash out refinance in April 2021 and take advantage of massive appreciation.
Since then, they have scaled a small portfolio out of state in Louisiana 100% through creative seller financing. Because of the strong foundation laid out early, they’ve been able to utilize other strategies, wholesaling and wholesaling single-family homes, and BRRRR’d through multiple projects. Currently, they continue to House Hack their 4plex and retain an equity position in a few syndication ventures. They also founded a local junk removal company in 2020 with a successful close in 2022.
Today, Lawrence works as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Oregon, focusing on both Commercial & Residential Real Estate. He specializes in Commercial Hospitality, small to medium Apartment assets, and 2-4 unit Owner Occupied Residential Multifamily as well as ADUs. His reach expands throughout the Willamette Valley, the Rogue Valley, and the Oregon Coastline.
