About Lawrence
I began investing in real estate while working full-time as a logistics coordinator and warehouse manager. I bought my first deal in 2019 as a live-in flip. Since then, I have bought, managed, flipped, and improved multiple properties across different investing strategies and was able to transition to real estate full-time.
Today, I am a full-time Oregon Real Estate Agent and full-time Real Estate investor.
What I Do
I'm a hands-on real estate investor and agent. My work involves:
Identifying strong opportunities for buyers and investors
Underwriting deals and analyzing the numbers
Positioning and marketing properties for sellers
Negotiating acquisitions and sales
Renovations and value-add improvements
I don't just talk about real estate strategy.
I invest in it too.
What Matters Most to Me
Outside of Real Estate, I’m an active member of my church, an owner of a wild blue heeler, the “fun uncle”, a powerlifting competitor, and a pizza connoisseur.
